Warm and Reassuring
First of all Carl and Tatiana are the best. Both of their personalities are very warm and reassuring which is vital for making a very stressful situation in a relatively simple and straightforward process.
Tatiana is very organized, thorough and capable which made me feel like she was a beacon in the snowstorm of paperwork required by the US government. I was always confident that she would reach out and let me know if I was missing anything or if there was any sort of paperwork that I might be able to use to supplement my case.
Carl exudes such a calm confidence that other people in the bankruptcy court asked me about how I was able to appear so relaxed. I let them know that my calm derived from knowing how calm and confident Carl was that everything would go smoothly.
