Accessibility Statement

Lincoln Law wants everyone who visits this website to be able to find information about bankruptcy, learn about our offices and attorneys, and contact us — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we have done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, including the menus, and starts with a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Text and buttons meet the color-contrast levels in WCAG 2.2 AA, and the keyboard focus is always visible.
  • Pages work on phones and tablets and can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
  • Images that carry information have text descriptions, and videos do not play until you start them.
  • We test the site with automated accessibility checks and by hand, and we fix problems we find.

Known limitations

Some content on this site comes from other companies, and we do not fully control how accessible it is:

  • the video players from Vimeo and YouTube;
  • the review badges from Yelp and Avvo.

Some older articles and their images were written before we adopted this standard and may still have issues. We are reviewing them.

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, please tell us and we will help you get what you need.

Please tell us the page address and what went wrong. We try to respond within two business days.
